You connect your own OpenAI API key to Agency. All AI requests go directly from Agency to OpenAI using your account — no relay, no intermediary, no markup. Your OpenAI bill is your AI bill. Agency’s $39/month is the software subscription only.
A conversation starts when a user sends their first message and ends when the session closes (typically after 30 minutes of inactivity). Each session counts as one conversation toward your monthly limit.
Your chatbot continues working. We notify you when you approach the limit. Conversations beyond 5,000 in a month are charged at $0.01 each — no hard cutoff.
