Agency is a fully managed AI receptionist for service businesses. It picks up the calls you can't — after hours, weekends, and the ones that come in while your line is already busy — answers in your voice with your hours, services, and pricing range, books the job, and hands you the lead. Tedigo runs the AI providers and the phone numbers. You sign up, configure your knowledge base, and go live in about 30 minutes.
It is a SaaS product. You configure it. We run it.
Who built it
Agency was built by Jorge Iriso, a solo founder with 30 years in enterprise technology. The product is built and maintained using an AI agent team alongside Tedigo's shared platform.
This is not a VC-backed company optimizing for growth at any cost. The entire infrastructure runs on $23/month. That is why Agency's flat tiers from $99/month are real, sustainable prices — not a discounted on-ramp before the next round.
Why predictable pricing
Most AI receptionists meter everything by the minute from the very first call — your whole bill grows with your busiest month, exactly when you can least afford a surprise. Voice vendors are the worst offenders: published rates assume your callers behave themselves.
Agency is a flat base. Voice Starter $99, Voice Standard $279, Voice Pro $499 — each with a block of included voice minutes (600 / 1,800 / 3,600 a month), appointment booking, and the web chat assistant on every tier. No per-message or per-resolution charges, ever. Go past your included minutes and we keep answering — overflow is a simple $0.15/min, never a surprise lump and never a dropped call.
We bill minutes, not calls. Call counts assume a 5-minute average, so yours will differ, and the meter is the minutes. Past the block it’s $0.15/min, about 75¢ an extra call, billed by the second. We never stop answering.

What we are not
Agency is not a consultancy. We do not offer custom dialogue scripting, dispatcher integration, or field-service-software bridges as a service. It is a product you configure and operate yourself, on AI infrastructure we run.
If you need a vendor to white-glove your voice deployment with custom integrations, Agency is not the right fit.
