Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: July 8, 2026

You may not use the Services for, or in connection with, any of the following activities. This list is not exhaustive; Tedigo reserves the right to determine in its reasonable discretion that other activities also violate this policy. This policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

Illegal activity, including but not limited to

  • fraud, financial scams, or unauthorized financial transactions;
  • harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats of violence, or incitement of violence;
  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual-property rights;
  • distribution of malware, ransomware, phishing kits, or credential-stealer software;
  • unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data (“hacking”);
  • evasion of US or applicable foreign export-control or economic-sanctions regimes, including OFAC sanctions;
  • impersonation of Tedigo, of any other person or entity, or misrepresentation of affiliation;
  • violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, two-party-consent call-recording laws, or robocalling without consent;
  • SHAFT-category restricted messaging (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) on telephony channels without lawful registration and consent.

Abuse of the Services, including

  • circumvention of rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions;
  • reverse engineering of the Services or AI model providers for the purpose of building a competing product;
  • automated scraping of customer or other-tenant content;
  • distribution of techniques designed to bypass safety controls of upstream AI providers (“jailbreaks”) at scale;
  • benchmarking the Services against competitors for publication without prior written consent;
  • configuring your AI assistant to deny being an AI, or to impersonate a specific real person without authorization.

Enforcement

Tedigo may, in its reasonable discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice and without refund, for any actual or suspected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. Tedigo cooperates with valid law-enforcement requests as described in the Privacy Policy. Tedigo declines all responsibility for customer conduct that violates this policy; you remain solely responsible for your use of the Services and for compliance with the laws that apply to your business and your callers.
